... That is a little contradictory, but I see your point. I simply attempt not to let such feelings wholly consume me, but it is difficult.

Maybe. More where you direct your worry than the act of being worried themselves.

I wonder what’ll happen. It’s not as though we can predict anything but I’d quite enjoy a week where no one died. Maybe we can just put on a dance act for the Nightman or something.

Would that we could; full glad would I be to put on some embarrassing display if it meant a life could be spared. Yet causing turmoil is half the point, yes?

Yes, they seem to be into a little chaos in their daily lives. Although only as long as it doesn’t involve them directly, apparently.

... Such is the way. I will not pretend to understand it, but there are those out there who do not see value in the lives of others. How one such person got this sort of power, however... I do not know.

I wonder if we can take it away from them, if we find out.

But would it solve the core problem? Clearly, we've a number of these so-called games occurring far too frequently for my liking.

One step at a time. Stop one source, and it can ripple out from there once you have more information to work with.

... Easier said than done, of course, but it could maybe work.

Everything is. But it’s better than leaving all of it unchecked. Unless you wanted to let more of them run while a full force simultaneous strike was planned.
