We're ya looking?

[ He has his rifle with him and another gun completely taken apart. ]

[ He comes in and sets a to-go cup (of tea!) beside Bradley; Alphinaud has his own. ]

I thought to see how you were faring, but not without a little something to bring.

[battling]

Was a long execution.

[ He'll take the tea and let it warm up his hands for just a moment. ]

Your thoughts?

[sageguidance]

[ Alphinaud pauses, briefly, to think, then: ]

I spoke with Sieghart the night prior. Though I am displeased with the way events turned out, his words instilled within me a sense of hope. I know not to fall into despair.

[battling]

Yeah? What did ya talk about?

[sageguidance]

Why he had followed through with his actions, of course, but also that... we should not give up, because neither will he. That he still has full intention of bringing this to an end.

[battling]

I'm too stubborn to let this place force me to roll over. We'll figure this shit out.

[sageguidance]

And me, as well.

It seemed as though he made peace with what transpired, and that this was not the end for him. And I... think I can press forth with that—without guilt on my conscience.

[battling]
